Paid ads sit at the center of how we help education brands grow, and this role is one of the pillars that supports that work. As a Cross-Channel Media Buyer, you’ll run campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn shaping the performance that the rest of the team builds on. You’ll work closely with our Partner Success Managers to take strategy into execution, understand why results shift, and inform the decisions that guide each account.
We value media buyers who think clearly, stay curious about the data, and take steady ownership of their work. The role is central because the insights you surface influence everything else – creative direction, messaging, pacing, and how we allocate spend. It’s a position with real impact, handled in a calm, structured environment where decisions are made carefully, not reactively.
What You'll Do
- Plan and run campaigns across channels: You’ll collaborate with strategists on goals, audiences, budgets, pacing, and creative direction. Once aligned, you’ll bring the plan to life and keep it moving.
- Make sense of the data: Your work goes beyond pulling numbers. You interpret what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what should change next.
- Share insights that matter: The team should be able to rely on you for timely, practical insights – things that help shape creative direction, improve messaging, or recalibrate strategy.
- Identify trends and opportunities: You’ll keep an eye on the market, competitors, and platform behaviour. When something shifts or opens up, you flag it and explain the implications.
- Test with intention: You’ll run structured experiments, track outcomes clearly, and avoid random testing. The goal is practical learning.
- Support internal decision-making: Bring clarity to discussions around budgets, pacing, creative performance, and targeting. You influence internal decisions through data.
- Take responsibility for outcomes: You’re accountable for the work you own from setup to optimization to reporting. You communicate clearly when something needs attention.
Who This Role Fits
- You notice performance shifts early and understand what they point to.
- You stay patient with the data instead of reacting to every change.
- You ask “why” before touching anything.
- Your decisions are thoughtful, well-considered and well documented.
- You translate complex data into simple, practical next steps.
- You’re curious enough to dig, and focused enough to know when to stop.
- You share insights before being asked.
- People trust that their budget is in very good hands.
