This role sits at the center of how our client work succeeds. As a Partner Success Manager, you connect the student-led strategy, the media performance, and the creative execution into one coherent path forward. You’re the person who understands what the client needs, what the team is building, and how to keep the work moving without friction or confusion.
This is one of the roles that determines whether a client’s growth stays on track. It requires someone who thinks clearly, communicates calmly, and understands how paid media works day to day because the decisions you help shape influence everything that follows.
What You'll Do
- Keep clients supported and informed: You’ll be the steady point of contact. Clients should feel like they’re in good hands, even when things get busy or complicated.
- Lead the conversations that move work forward: Run weekly calls, share updates, ask the right questions, and make sure everyone leaves meetings knowing what’s happening next.
- Translate goals into clear internal actions: You’ll take briefs, clarify what’s needed, and work with the internal team so timelines, deliverables, and priorities stay aligned.
- Make sense of performance: You don’t need to be a media buyer, but you should be comfortable looking at a dashboard and understanding what’s improving, what’s slipping and what needs attention.
- Stay organized across 5–7 accounts: You’ll keep notes, track decisions, follow up on loose ends, and make sure we don’t miss details that matter.
- Flag risks early: If something feels off (think lead quality, pacing, messaging, tracking) you speak up. The earlier we catch things, the better everything works.
- Protect the relationship: Sometimes that means guiding clients. Sometimes it means saying no. The foundation of the role is clarity, calm communication, and honesty.
Who This Role Fits
- You organize information quickly and communicate it in a way people can act on.
- You summarise issues for the team, set clear next steps, and help clients understand what’s happening without adding noise.
- You break problems into simple actions and ask smart questions before moving forward.
- You coordinate across multiple teams and make sure deadlines, approvals, and expectations stay on track.
- You don’t wait for instructions but move the work forward.
- People rely on you because you’re steady, organised, and consistent.
- You understand how creative, media, strategy, and client needs connect.
- You notice when something doesn’t fit, and you address it early.
- You manage client expectations with clarity and don’t make commitments the team can’t keep.
